Chris 'n Roo themselves are just like having two lively puppies in the house. They move around a lot, are loud, and get into things. Add their real-life German Shedder, Bear, to the mix and chaos abounds.
Chris and Bob put in the new kitchen countertop and sink. The kitchen sure looks great with the new (used) cabinets that Ryan ever-so-patiently caulked and painted for us.

Sunday we went to the Astoria Sunday Market. There were lots of vendors, yummy smells, and the view was spectacular.
Afterwards we went to the Wet Dog Brewing Company for lunch. Since it's right on the water at the mouth of the Columbia river the view is great although there were no ships at anchor during our lunch. http://www.myspace.com/wetdogcafe
We had a great time, the only thing that would have made it better is if Kyanne & Ryan were there but Kyanne is in the final push of her master's degree and couldn't spare the time.
Finally, our wonderful weekend came to an end and it was time to come home. We hitched up the PT Bruiser with our home made Clampett-style trailer...

Through the magic of well-timed photography it appears that Bob & Dips are one with the leash.
