Chapter 91: Tears of Joy

For a couple of years now, we have wanted to pull the teardrop behind the PT Bruiser but, alas, it was built in 2000 without thought to towing weight since we pulled it behind my car and the pick-up. Now with the price of gas, it was time to "trim the fat" from the teardrop so we can tow it more economically

Bob completely disemboweled the teardrop and shaved a 160 pounds off it's weight. The PT Bruiser can now comfortably pull it while is loaded.

So I don't repeat myself, you can check Chapter 89 for pictures of the teardrop in the process of the reduction.

One of the things that Bob removed was the corrugated aluminum wall coverings and replaced them with wood panels. The result is a more "mature" look for the old teardrop.

Here's the new, more "mature" interior. (We had to keep the curtains because they match the custom-made teardrop comforter.)
